Fantasy Hockey Optimizer ("we", "the app") helps Yahoo Fantasy Hockey managers plan roster moves. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it.
What we collect

What we read from Yahoo
With your permission, and read-only, we read your leagues and teams, league settings, your roster, details for players you look at, and your add count for the current week. We use this only to build your streaming plan. We can't make changes to your Yahoo team.
What we don't collect
- Your Yahoo password. You sign in on Yahoo's own page.
- Payment details. The app is free.
- Advertising or tracking data. The site has no cookies, analytics or ads.
How we use and share data
- We use your data only to run the app for you.
- We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- Plans are built by an AI model that runs on our own servers. Your data isn't sent to any third-party AI service.
- We'll disclose data only if the law requires it.
How we protect data
Tokens are encrypted at rest, and all traffic uses HTTPS. Only the people running the app can reach the database.
Deleting your data
Signing out of the app deletes your stored Yahoo tokens straight away. To delete your account and everything else we hold about you, email us and we'll do it within 30 days. You can also revoke the app's access at any time from your Yahoo account settings.
Children
The app isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
